Grand Ballroom
High ceiling with wall to wall carpeting, our Grand Ballroom is centrally airconditioned and opens up to the Small Function Room to reveal an even bigger space at close to 400 square meters. Planning a gala, product launch, business meeting, wedding or private party? Treat your guests to one of Bacolod City’s premier event venue. Our fully carpeted Grand Ballroom provides many excellent memories for our guests. Should it be starting a new life with a spouse, celebrating the blessings of a child, enjoying each year of wonderful milestones and accomplishments as well as launching or celebrating a business endeavor, there is always a team waiting to make your dreams come true at the Circle Inn.
Small Function Room
Adjacent and connectable to our Grand Ballroom, this hotel function room provides ample space and grandeur for small parties and seminars and is likewise carpeted, centrally airconditioned and with high ceilings. Complimentary wifi internet access is also available. The Small Function Room is just the right venue for intimate parties celebrating life’s precious moments.
Boardrooms
Besides Circle Inn’s ballroom, boardrooms are also available for breakout meetings where smaller presentations and discussions can take place. Our two boardrooms can also open up to each other to double the space available. Both have hardwood floors as well as sound insulating and absorbing panel boards for walls and dividers for utmost comfort and privacy. Prayer meetings, small product launches, small family events and of course board meetings, our boardrooms are flexible and private enough for these different types of gatherings.
Festive Hall
High ceiling function hall just off our pool and coffeeshop, this function hall can accommodate small seminars and birthday parties from 30 to 70 persons.
Freedom Hall
This function hall is located a few stair steps from our pool area and is decorated with mirrors to make guests feel they are in a bigger space. This hall can accommodate from 50 to 100 persons.
